ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ORDER
When you have completed your online order you will be sent email confirmation. It will state what the products are on order, the total cost and Post & Packing charges, together with delivery and invoice details. If for any reason your order cannot be fully processed, you will be contacted to explain the nature of the difficulty and effect resolution.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
We try to dispatch your order as soon as possible or if you wish, you can collect your order directly from me at the workshop in London. If you require an item for a specific date please contact me before ordering to ensure that your request can be met. UK shipments are charged at £15 and sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, this is an insured, trackable, next day service. Items will require a signature on arrival.International shipments to the USA are charged at a rate dependant upon your preferred method of delivery, please contact me so that I can quote. Postal addresses must be accurate and complete to guarantee delivery. An email will be sent to confirm dispatch along with a tracking number to allow you to check on your item's progress.

CUSTOMS CHARGES
Non UK customers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes that may be imposed on the item on arrival at the destination country. I have no control over these charges.
BREAKAGE OR LOSS
In the rare event of loss or damage in transit, we take responsibility to make good the loss, damage or discrepancy must be notified within 24 hours from receipt of delivery. Please supply a digital photograph of the damaged item(s) and the condition of the packaging to substantiate your claim.
RETURNS POLICY
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, and the goods are returned to us, undamaged, we will fully refund your purchase transaction. Please note that we cannot be responsible for returned goods that are damaged in transit.All return carriage charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. We strongly recommend that you use a registered ‘signed for’ and insured service.If the returned goods are found to be faulty, we offer to replace or refund the faulty item at no additional charge to the customer.
CANCELLATION
As a consumer you have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of goods. In order to claim a refund you must notify us in writing within this ‘cooling off’ period. Refunds will be made as soon as possible, but within 30 days.Goods must be returned to us in the original packaging and arrive undamaged within 10 working days from informing us of cancellation. Please note, that items are returned at your own cost and we recommend the use of a registered postal service for your protection.
PRIVACY POLICY
Your security is of great importance to me and your information will never be passed to any third party. Financial information is used only to charge you for the items you are purchasing. Payments are made using the secure transaction services, this service is completely independent of me and your credit card details are not divulged to me at any time.
